CF Moto : Free service and Customer awareness Camp 2019

Anna International Pvt. Ltd.: CFMOTO Nepal initiated episodes of Free Service and Customer Awareness Camp with the motto “To Hear & To Help”. Three episodes of the event has been successfully conducted between September  15th-21st, 2019 at CFMOTO service centers: Iron Monk, Kathmandu | Rider’s Group, Bhaktapur | Autostation, Butwal respectively.

The company’s event was supported by their official partners: Shell Lubricants Nepal (API Business Pvt. Ltd.), Exide Batteries Nepal (Sipradi Trading Co.). Extending the hand of gratitude for choosing CFMOTO, visiting customers were availed 100% labor charge free facility on vehicle service, 10% discount on spare parts, 10% discount on lubricants and free battery inspection facility.

EPISODE 1: IRON MONK WORKS PVT. LTD. – 15th-17th September, 2019

A 3-day service camp held at Iron Monk Works (Authorized service center of CFMOTO Nepal, Gairidhara), catered to 98 customers throughout the event. The customers were personally entertained by the well-organized CFMOTO team where they documented the experience of customer with the product. There were happy and unhappy customer reviews due to various reasons. The company committed to the customers on doing their best to resolve any pending issues to the soonest.


19th-20th September, 2019

Rider’s Group Pvt. Ltd.: 3S CFMOTO facility at Bhaktapur conducted the second episode of the event. In a 2-day event, a total of 30 customers were entertained at the premise. Mr. Mahendra Duwal committed to provide better customer experience in the After-sales department.


20th-21st September, 2019

Autostation Pvt. Ltd.: 3S CFMOTO facility at Butwal added the third episode to this series of service camp. In this 2-day event, a total of 32 customers were looked after with the leadership of Mr. Bimarsh Shrestha who has been previously providing lifetime free service to the customers of CFMOTO Butwal.
