Mahindra XUV500 facelift launched in India

The Mahindra XUV500 finally gets a makeover. Mahindra has launched the XUV500 facelift in the Indian market at INR 11.21 lakh  with some noticeable changes on the outside and new features on the inside.gallery-photos_big01A bold new styling makes way for the new Mahindra XUV500.  Among the most notable changes are the new static bending projector headlamps with stylish light guides, new stylish front grille with chrome inserts, new stylish fog lamps with chrome bezel and muscular boonet with hydraulic assist in a bold new stance. gallery-photos_big06On the inside, the Mahindra XUV500 facelift gets a dual-tone dashboard with integrated cluster hood, a new 7-inch Touchscreen infotainment system and an icy blue lounge lighting. Variant-specific features include 6-way power adjustable driver’s seat, keyless entry with push button start, reverse parking camera with dynamic assist, and the first-in-class logo projection lamps on ORVMs. dashboardBeneath the hood, the Mahindra XUV500 facelift retains the same engine as the outgoing model – a 2.2-litre four-cylinder mHawk 140 Diesel engine which churns out  140 bhp of power and 330 Nm of torque.
