Royal Enfield currently has two 350cc models in Nepal–the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350–both of which are powered by a single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air-oil cooled engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
Despite falling under the same category, the Meteor 350 gets a slightly bigger engine (349cc) than the Classic 350 (346cc). The Meteor’s engine is capable of generating a maximum power of 21 Ps at 6100 rpm and a torque of 27 Nm at 4000 rpm. Similarly, the Classic can produce 28 Ps of power at 5250 rpm and a torque of 28 Nm at 4000 rpm.

And the Meteor gets a bigger fuel tank, higher mileage, and higher ground clearance than the Classic. The Classic comes in two variants, while three variants of the Meteor are currently available in Nepal.

Honda CB 350
The Honda CB 350 DLX–which inhabits the middle-weight, modern-classic segment–features a retro cosmetic theme, and its design is heavily influenced by the larger CB 1100 EX.
The CB 350 RS comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster that shows a whole host of helpful information: distance to empty, average mileage, real-time mileage, battery voltage, gear position, etc. It gets safety features like the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), which adjusts the engine power to optimise torque for the rear wheel, thus reducing rear-wheel slip (it can be turned on/off via a switch), and dual-channel ABS.
