DFSK Announces Monsoon Offer: Attractive Cash Discounts and Low Down Payment

Kuzu Nepal Pvt. Ltd, the official dealer of DFSK vehicles in Nepal, has announced a ‘Monsoon Offer’ for their two SUVs–the DFSK Glory 560 and the DFSK Glory i-Auto. According to the offer, customers have to provide only a minimum down payment and they can also avail of attractive cash discounts on both the DFSK SUVs.

The scheme will allow customers to buy the DFSK Glory 560 SUV with a down payment of NPR 10 lakh and the DFSK Glory i-Auto SUV at NPR 15 lakh. The company further announced an NPR 3,00,000 cash discount, NPR 50,000 exchange bonus, and a one-year annual tax on the DFSK Glory 560. For the i-auto the offer includes an NPR 350,000 cash discount, an NPR 50,000-exchange bonus, and one-year annual tax.

DFSK Glory 560

The Glory 560, a premium SUV, is powered by a Euro 5 standard engine–a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine delivering a maximum power of 148 bhp at 5700 rpm and a torque of 230 Nm at 1800 to 4000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed manual and CVT gearbox. The SUV has received a five-star rating in the Global C-NCAP crash test and features disc brakes on all four wheels.

The Glory 560’s exterior has a sturdy stance. The design is a perfect mix of grace and sportiness, which is underscored by the SUV’s components: the hawk eye-shaped projector headlamps, a wing-shaped grille, 17-inch alloy wheels, LED DRLs, and a body with curves and creases. The SUV’s interior has a premium feel, owing, among others, to its dashboard with soft-touch material and an 8-inch floating infotainment display.

The DFSK Glory 560 measures 4515mm x 1815 mm x 1735 mm, and the wheelbase stands at 2690mm. The SUV’s kerb weight is 1480 kg, and the fuel-tank capacity is 50 litres. Safety duties are handled by airbags, a seatbelt reminder, ABS, EBD, an engine immobilizer, an alarm system, speed-sensing auto lock, and crash auto-unlock. The SUV’s other notable features include a revised camera, push start/stop button, keyless entry, 60/40 folding second-row seats, 6-way adjustable driver seat, 4-way adjustable passenger seat, multi-information display, and a spacious boot space of 675 litres.

The price of the DFSK Glory 560 is set at NPR 58,50,000.

DFSK Glory i-Auto

The Glory i-Auto is an intelligent and one-of-a-kind model by DFSK–mostly owing to a unique feature that allows multiple tasks to be operated with a voice command. The SUV is designed to follow 100+ voice commands triggered by the key phrase “Hi Glory”. The voice command allows the driver to control the front/rear window glass, sunroof, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, and climate control, to name a few–and that too without taking their eyes off the road and their hands off the steering wheel.

The SUV gets a premium, bold, sporty design featuring an infinite starlight design on the front grille, a panoramic sunroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, and LED lighting setting of headlamps, DRLs, fog lamps, cornering lights, a hammer-shaped rear light, and sequential turn signals. The premium design continues for the interior, which comes with a wood accent, luxurious leathers in bucket-style seats, a D-shaped steering wheel, soft-touch dashboard, and a spacious 7-seater cabin.

The SUV is equipped with features such as ambient lighting, a six-way electronically adjustable driver seat, an electric tailgate with sensors, cruise control, automatic wipers, auto headlights, and keyless entry, to name a few. The SUV, which has a five-star rating in the Global Ncap Crash Test, comes with safety features such as four front airbags, four-wheel disc brakes, a 360-degree camera, an alarm system, an immobilizer, a rear-parking sensor, ESP, ABS, EBD, and EBA.

Powering the Glory i-Auto is a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The engine, capable of producing a maximum power of 150 PS and torque of 220 Nm, is paired with an automatic gearbox. The SUV’s dimensions are 4700 x 1845 x 1715 mm, the wheelbase measures 2780 mm, and the ground clearance is 200 mm. This 7-seater has a storage capacity of 675 litres, and its kerb weight is 1570 kg.

The price of the DFSK Glory i-auto is set at NPR 89,50,000.
