Hero Maestro Edge 125 launched in Nepal

Nepal General Marketing Pvt. Ltd, the sole distributor of Hero motorcycles in Nepal, has launched the new Maestro Edge 125. The new scooter will be the company’s second offering from its Maestro Edge series, and it will sit above its 110cc sibling in the lineup.

The Maestro Edge 125 comes in six colour options, at a price of Rs 2,66,000.


Design

The new Maestro Edge 125 gets a sharp front design that features an LED projector head lamp (first in segment), triangular LED insignia, and masked winkers. The scooter gets a sporty dual-tone stripe pattern and comes in six colour options.


Features

The new Maestro Edge 125 gets the Hero Connect feature as standard, which offers features like live tracking, driving score, trip analysis, vehicle-start alert, geo-fence alert, find my parking, speed alert, topple alert, and tow away alert.

The scooter comes with a fully digital instrument cluster (with bluetooth connectivity) that displays the speed, turn-by-turn navigation info, and call alerts. Other notable features include its  idle start-stop system (i3S), side-stand engine cut-off, side-stand and low-fuel indicator, mobile charger, boot light, and external fuel-filling cap.


Engine

The new Maestro Edge 125 is powered by a 124.6 cc, air-cooled, FI engine (BS-VI compliant) that delivers a power output of 6.7 kW at 7000 rpm with a peak torque output of 10.4 Nm at 5500.
