Hyundai i20 FACELIFT UPDATE 2018

Later in this April of 2018 Hyundai unveiled Hyundai Elite i20 along with Hyundai i20 Active. The new Hyundai i20 gets pretty decent facelift. Although its misses on the ‘cascade’ grille at the front, the update on the new car gives you sweet tweaks.

At the exterior, at the front you get Phantom black roof, apart from the two new paint option. The new facelift gets significant make over at the rear. The updated soft crossover gets decorated by a new tail light and revised registration plate housing, which can be a part of the taillight. Inside the new car you get the new seat upholstery pattern.

The engine remains unaltered, i20 Active is powered by the same  1.2 liter petrol and 1.4 liter diesel engine. The petrol engine is packed with 5 speed manual gear box, while diesel is coupled to 6 speed manual transmission. the introduction of CTV on the i20 Active could be a segment-first as none of its current rivals have an automatic variant at the moment.

Details of the updated i20 Active has not been revealed at the moment, however it can be expected to make the debut in upcoming months. Pricing shall remain in the same range, as that of the current model.
