IME Motors launches app for customers in Nepal

IME Motors, Ashok Leyland’s exclusive dealer in Nepal, has launched its interactive mobile application called ‘IME Motors’, through which its valued customers can connect digitally. With this app, one can check their vehicle’s next servicing date, book a service slot, access their nearest service centres, locate outlets selling parts along with the sales offices. Anyone interested in Ashok Leyland vehicles can know features, prices and policies of all vehicle segments and models through the newly launched app.

The app is available on the Google Play store. The app allows users to get live updates and information to ensure better connectivity and communication. 

Once you download the app on your Android smartphone, you will be able to access information about exclusive Ashok Leyland vehicles and models. Everyone can download product brochures and request a price quotation straight from the app itself.

Ashok Leyland vehicle owners will be able to customise the app after registering in the app with their vehicle. This will allow the app to show their vehicle’s service history. The app also allows owners to pay and view service bills, receipts digitally. In addition, customers will be regularly notified about the latest news, offers, schemes, service camps and new product launches via the app.

According to the company, the launch of the app allows them to strengthen their relationship with customers. It also lets the company reach out to new customers looking to purchase an Ashok Leyland vehicle in Nepal.
