2022 KTM 250 Adventure launched in India

KTM has launched an updated version of its entry-level adventure touring motorcycle—the KTM 250 Adventure—in India. The adventure bike is offered in two colour options: Electronic Orange and Factory Racing Blue, at a starting price of INR 2.35 lakh.

The  KTM 250 gets a typical adventure-oriented styling. Some of the noticeable changes are sharp-looking LED headlamp and DRLs, a digital instrument cluster, a windshield, and twin seats. 


The new KTM 250 comes powered by the same engine as its predecessors’. The 248.8 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, DOHC engine–mated to a six-speed gearbox–is capable of generating a power of 22 kW at 9000 rpm and a torque of 24 Nm at 7500 rpm. The touring motorcycle boasts a mileage of 32.26 kmpl.

Tyres, brakes, and suspension 

The new Adventure 250 gets alloy wheels ranging from 17 to 19 inches. Its handling has been enhanced with added features such as off-road ABS and rider aids.

 KTM 250 Adventure price in Nepal 

The new KTM 250 Adventure lines up alongside its elder sibling—the new 390 Adventure. The 250 was launched in India at a price of INR 2.35  lakh, which means KTM fans in Nepal can expect it to cost around Rs 8 lakh here.
