Bookings open for KTM RC200

Hansraj Hulaschand & Company Pvt. Ltd, the authorised distributor of KTM motorcycles, has opened bookings for the 2022 model of KTM RC200. The new bike has seen a major change in the graphics but the mechanics remain the same. The bike comes in two colour options: Dark Galvano and Silver Metallic.

Interested buyers can visit the KTM showroom in Naxal for further queries and test rides.


Design and features

The new RC200 gets a MOTOGP inspired bodywork and comes with new LED headlamps with integrated DRLs and indicators, redesigned windshield, adjustable handlebars, foldable mirrors, wet-resistant seat cover, and aluminium grab handles.

The bike gets a bigger LCD cluster, larger fuel tank (13.7-litre), and thicker seats than its predecessor’s. Furthermore, the bike comes with dual-channel ABS with an option for deactivating the rear ABS.

Engines

The RC200 gets no mechanical changes. The new bike’s power continues to come from the 199.5 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine tuned to produce 25 bhp at 10000 rpm and 19.2 Nm of peak torque at 8000 rpm. The motor is paired with a six-speed transmission.
