LAUNCHED: ALL-NEW VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN & AMAROK

Pooja International Nepal Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorized distributor of Volkswagen in Nepal, has announced the launch of all-new Volkswagen Tiguan and Amarok in the Nepalese market.

All-new Volkswagen Amarok:

Set on a robust ladder-frame chassis and encased in Volkswagen build quality, the Amarok is packed full of smart technology and design. The Amarok’s powerful 2.0 liter TDI Biturbo engine sets new standards in terms power, torque, fuel economy and CO2 emissions.

The shiftable and permanent 4MOTION all-wheel drive systems along with driver assist features like off-road ABS and ESP provide it with traction and safe handling in all terrain types. The Amarok also breaks new ground. With a high quality interior, low noise levels and driving characteristics that leave nothing to be desired, it sets new standards in terms of comfort and ride dynamics.

Price is fixed at Rs 82,00,000 for the Starline variant,Rs 88,00,000 for the Trendline and Rs 92,00,000 for the Trendline with leather seats variant.

All-new Volkswagen Tiguan:

Launched as a compact SUV in 2007, the Tiguan had immediate acceptance worldwide and was launched in 2010 in Nepal. Till date more than 350 Tiguans have been sold in Nepal.

Based on the modern MQB platform with 4MOTION Intelligent AWD system, the Volkswagen New Tiguan is powered with an efficient 1.4L and a 2.0L TSI and TDI engine mated to a supple 7 speed automatic-DSG gear box, the New Tiguan delivers peak power of 180 PS and 320 Nm of torque and 150PS power with 340 Nm of torque respectively.The latest generation New Tiguan will host several class leading premium lifestyle features like Pedestrian Safety (Active Hood), 6 Airbags, Hill Start Assist, Auto Hold, Self-sealing tyres, Electronically Personalized  leather seats, Auto Park Assist, Cruise Control, ,Automatic Headlamp Activation,  App Connect, Rain and Light sensor, LED Headlamps with DRLs, LED tail-lamps, One touch boot function, Electrically foldable ORVM, LED illuminated Panoramic Sunroof and Keyless Entry & Go among others.

The Tiguan combines excellent aesthetic and functionality with driver assist technologies that make every drive, pleasurable. The 3-zone auto-climate control system including Air Care Climatronic with an allergen filter delivers precise multi-zone temperature control at all seats. A spacious interior along with a significant gain in boot space that offers 615 litres with all seats up, 1655 litres with rear-seat folded. The Tiguan is perfect and practical in all situations and across different terrains.

The base petrol is available at Rs 99,00,000, semi-loaded petrol automatic at Rs 1,13,00,000, loaded petrol automatic at Rs 1,28,00,000 and semi-loaded diesel automatic at Rs 1,17,00,000.
