NADA EV Expo 2022 to be held from September 22-25

The Nepal Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) has announced its plans to organise Nepal’s first electric vehicle exhibition show–EV Expo 2022. The exhibition will take place from September 22 to September 25 at Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall, Kathmandu.

The decision regarding the show’s new date was made during the eighth meeting of the NADA Central Working Committee, held under the chairmanship of NADA’s president, Dhruv Thapa. The earlier date for this 15th edition of the auto show had been postponed owing to the government’s decision to extend the ban on the import of automobiles till August 30.

Anup Baral, Chairman of NADA Auto Expo Committee, has said that NADA will publish notices–between August 17-21–regarding the registration and stall booking dates. Furthermore, Surendra Kumar Upreti, General Secretary, has requested all interested EV brands to participate in the event.
