LAUNCHED: Suzuki Gixxer SF
Posted On: August 23, 2015 By : AutoLife TeamVG Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., the authorized importer and distributor of the renowned Suzuki motorbikes for Nepal, has unveiled Gixxer SF, in Nepal. The Gixxer SF is a fully faired version of the company’s highly popular naked bike – the Gixxer. 
The premium looking Suzuki Gixxer SF has been developed in the same wind-tunnel where the legendary Hayabusa, GSX-R and MotoGP machines are developed. The fairing has been designed to give maximum wind protection to the rider, reducing turbulence and drag, thereby delivering great aerodynamic efficiency. 
Powering the Gixxer SF is the same 154.9cc, single-cylinder engine from the naked Gixxer. The engine which is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox generates a maximum power output of 14.6bhp at 8000rpm while yielding 14 Nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm. The same engine also powers the naked Gixxer.The ultra-light weight and punchy engine with cutting edge 
technology enables the Gixxer SF to deliver power without compromising on fuel economy.
During the unveiling event, V.G. Suzuki officially announced GRN(Gixxer Riders Nepal) as an authorized rider group for Suzuki Gixxer Bikes.
The new Gixxer SF is available in three different colors: Metallic Triton Blue, Pearl Mirage White, Glass Sparkle Black. A limited special Moto GP edition of the bike is also available. The bike is available at a price of Rs. 2,76,900.
