Indian two-wheeler giant Bajaj Auto has revamped the popular Avenger series with three new launches – The Avenger 220 Cruise, 220 Street and 150 Street. The new Bajaj Avenger has been launched in two body styles – Cruise and Street.  The Avenger Cruise 220, Street 220 both will be priced at INR 84,000 and Street 150 at INR 75,000.

avengerstreet220While the new Bajaj Avenger Street 220 and Cruise 220 feature the same 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled DTS-i engine from the old Avenger,  the Avenger 150cc features a slightly revised version of  the Pulsar 150. The 220 Avenger makes 19bhp and 17.5Nm, and the Avenger 150 produces 14.5bhp and 12.5Nm.

Avenger 220 Street and 150 Street:

The Avenger 220 variants get significant cosmetic upgrades over the previous Avenger.The Avenger 220 Street comes with a matte black and brushed silver finish while the 150 street comes in midnight blue.

The Avenger Street looks sporty and youthful, thanks to the new black alloy wheels, new lower and flatter handlebar, new grab rail, new Avenger logo, new oil cooler cover, flexible indicators, seat cushioning, new silencer design etc.

Avenger 220 Cruise:

The Avenger Cruise 220 comes with a liberal dose of chrome highlights thanks to a new radiator, redesigned side grabs, stylized silencer and all new handlebar. It also comes with comfortable padded backrest and an optional windshield for easy cruising on highways.

No word yet on the availability in the Nepalese market though we expect HH Bajaj will launch these new Avengers by the end of this year.
