NIU Gova G5 launched in Nepal

Eco Infinity, the authorised distributor of NIU scooters in Nepal, has launched a new e-scooter model–the Gova 5–in Nepal. The G5 will be the newest addition to the Gova series along with the G3. The G5 is offered in three colour options: red, white, and grey, and it comes at a starting price of Rs 3.25 lakh.

Design and features

The Gova 5 gets an integral streamlined design with a new H-shaped matrix headlamp with LED DRLs and LED side indicators. It also gets a wide and comfortable unibody seat.

The e-scooter’s notable features are its halo headlight, smart dashboard, anti-theft USB charger, multi-mode riding, rear reflector, protector, steering handlebar lock, right-hand combination switch, and vehicle identification number, underseat storage, and combined braking system.  

Battery and Performance

The Gova 5 comes equipped with a 32V 45AH battery capable of generating a maximum power of 3000 Watts, and it can achieve a top speed of 85 kmph. The e-scooter takes 7 hours to fully charge via a home-charging outlet, and it provides a range of 85-100 km on a full charge.
