Segway E100 launched in Nepal

Ihub Pvt. Ltd, the authorised importer and distributor of Segway-Ninebot in Nepal has launched a new electric scooter–the E100–in Nepal. The E100 is an entrant model for Segway e-scooters in Nepal.

Design

The E100 is 1755m long, 675mm wide, and 1135mm tall–relatively small for the e-scooter segment. The e-scooter comes with an intelligent matrix LED headlamp with six lenses that uses Intelligent Sensor technology to automatically adjust the lamp’s brightness in response to changes in surroundings. Furthermore, the scooter gets LED tail lights and automatic turn-indicators.


Features

The e-scooter comes with various convenience features such as a bluetooth system, keyless system, GPS, remote-control lock, automatic lock, automatic side-stand, advanced anti-theft system, waterproof battery pack, 22 litres of underseat storage space, and a mobile charger slot.

Furthermore, the e-scooter comes with a continuous speed endurance button, especially designed for locking the speed to reduce the rider fatigue.


Performance

The E100 comes equipped with a 72V lithium battery (IPX5 rated)–paired with a Bosch electric motor–that generates a power of 1800 Watt. The e-scooter comes with three riding modes and can speed up to 60 kmph.

As for charging, the e-scooter takes 7 hours to charge from 4% to 100%. And on a full charge it provides a range of 60-100 km


Specifications 

The e-scooter comes with a 220mm front and 180mm rear perforated disc, and for suspension, the scooter gets  an independently developed shock absorption system that precisely calculates and adjusts stiffness and damping to respond to the situation of the road surface, minimising light vibrations.
