Segway-Ninebot E-125 launched in Nepal.

Two months after launching the E100 in Nepal, Ihub Pvt. Ltd, the authorised importer and distributor of Segway e-scooters in Nepal, has launched another electric scooter–the E125–here. The scooter comes at a price of Rs 3.91 lakh and is available in two colour options: white and grey.

Design and features

Like its E100 sibling, the scooter gets a modern and minimalist design featuring matrix LED headlights, automatic side-light indicator, and LED tail lights. The e-scooter comes with a comfortable wide seat and under it is a 22-litre storage space. The waterproof IPX5 battery is placed under the footboard.

The scooter comes with some notable features such as a digital multi-functional dashboard with GPS system, remote key control, anti-theft system (integrated across the body), automatic self-locking, USB charger, and anti-skid tubeless tyres. Furthermore, the e-scooter gets Bosch’s 10th generation dual-channel ABS for braking.

Battery and performance

The E-125 is powered by a 74V 27AH lithium battery that is paired with a 2.4 kW Bosch electric motor. The e-scooter provides a range of 60-120 km on a single charge and it takes 5-6 hours to charge fully. It can speed up to 75 kmph.

Though the scooter gets double battery space, the company provides a single battery, and customers can add another battery to increase the mileage.
