Simple Energy has announced the launch of its flagship Simple One electric scooter in India for INR 1,09,999. The Bengaluru-based startup’s electric scooter features four riding modes–Eco, Ride, Dash, and Sonic.
Engine and transmission
In Eco mode, the Simple One’s powerful 4.8 kW battery pack (the largest battery in the Indian market) provides a range of 203 km while maintaining a speed of 40-45 kmph. The company says the battery pack generates a peak power of 4.5 kW and a peak torque of 72 Nm, thanks to an 8.5 kW electric motor. Inside the e-scooter is a fixed and removable battery, which can be charged separately. The fixed battery can charge from 0-80% in 2.75 hours.

Features and performance
