Yezdi unveils three new motorcycles in India

Classic Legends, the maker of Yezdi motorcycles, is all set to make a comeback in India with the launch of three new models: the Adventure, the Scrambler, and the Roadster. Each motorcycle will be available in three different colour options, at a starting price of  INR 2.09 lakh (for the Adventure), INR 2.04 lakh (for the Scrambler), and INR 1.98 lakh(for the Roadster). The company is set to launch the bikes in India on January 16, so Nepali motorcycle enthusiasts can expect them to arrive here by mid-2022.


Yezdi Adventure

The Yezdi Adventure gets time-tested adventure styling; it comes with a neo-retro LED headlight and tilt-adjustable LCD digital display, among others. Among its notable features are bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, which can be integrated with the Yezdi mobile app. Furthermore, the bike comes with three-level ABS modes: Road, Off-road, and Rain.


Engine 

Powering the new Adventure is a 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, DOHC engine that generates a power of 22.21 kW at 8000 rpm and a torque of 29.90 at 6500 rpm. The engine is coupled to a six-speed manual transmission.

Yezdi Scrambler

The Yezdi Scrambler is minimalistically designed, and it features a chopped-off tail section. The Scrambler comes with neo-retro design LED headlight, tail lights and indicators, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and a ribbed single-piece seat. 

Among its notable features, the bike gets a clear lens and a round-shaped LCD digital display, a handlebar-mounted USB, and a type-C charger.


Engine 

The new Scrambler is powered by a 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, DOHC engine—paired with a six-speed transmission—which is capable of generating a power of 21.40 kW at 8000 rpm and a torque of 28.20 Nm at 6750 rpm.

Yezdi Roadster

The Yezdi Roadster has a neo-retro design style, featuring round LED headlights, taillights, and indicators, a single round offset LCD display, and dual exhaust.

The Roadster comes with a 18-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel, and is the only model to come with cast alloy wheels and tubeless tyres.


Engine 

Powering the new Roadster is a 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, DOHC engine –mated to 6-speed gearbox–that is capable of  generating a power of 21.84 kW at 7300 rpm and a torque of 29.00 Nm at 6500 rpm.
