Design and features
The 2023 NS160 and NS200 retain their previous model’s designs, featuring distinctive design elements like a bold front fascia, a muscular fuel tank, split seats, grab rails, and an underbelly exhaust. Additionally, these motorcycles are available in four different colour options: Burnt red, Satin blue, Metallic Pearl white, and Pewter grey.
The 2023 NS160 and NS200 models feature an updated semi-digital instrument cluster that incorporates additional data like a gear position indicator, Distance To Empty (DTE), and real-time fuel efficiency. The display also retains important information such as time, speed, tachometer, and odometer readings. These bikes also come with standard dual-channel ABS, disc brakes, and LED lighting, among other notable features.
Powertrain
The 2023 NS160 retains the identical powertrain from the previous models, featuring a 160.3 cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, twin-spark, four-valve, FI DTS-i engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 17 hp at 9000 rpm and peak torque of 14.6 Nm at 7250 rpm, paired with a five-speed gearbox. Similarly, the new NS200 also maintains its existing powertrain, utilising a 199.5 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, triple-spark, four-valve, FI DTS-i engine. It generates a peak power of 24 hp at 9750 rpm and a peak torque of 18.74 Nm at 8000 rpm, coupled with a six-speed gearbox.
