Iron Monk, the official distributor of Zontes motorcycles in Nepal, has unveiled the release and commenced pre-orders for the recently introduced 310T Adventure Tourer in the Nepalese market. This fresh 310T Adventure Tourer will be propelled by a 312-cc engine, generating 34 hp of power and 30 Nm of torque. The motorcycle will be accessible in two versions: the Standard and the Single-sided swingarm, with prices kicking off at Rs 9.99 lakh.
Design and features
The 310T Adventure Tourer boasts a traditional ADV-style design. Up front, it showcases a sleek LED headlamp and an electronically adjustable windscreen, while at the rear, the motorcycle sports a sharp LED taillight and a pannier rack. Noteworthy design elements include a sculpted tank featuring the company’s 3D logo, a split-seat arrangement, dual exhaust pipes, and handguards, among other features. Regarding its dimensions, the bike measures 2080 mm in length, 1360 mm in width, and 850 mm in height. Additionally, it has a wheelbase of 1380 mm and a ground clearance of 186 mm.
The 310T Adventure Tourer is outfitted with a full-color TFT LCD screen as its instrument panel. It offers four customizable themes: Recreation, Race, Street, and Simplicity, along with two modes—Manual and Automatic backlight—to allow users to adjust the backlight brightness based on the ambient lighting conditions. Additionally, the instrument console provides essential information such as the motorcycle’s speed, temperature, gear position indicator, tachometer, odometer, and time, among other data. Notable features also include keyless start/stop functionality, LED lighting, an electronic steering lock system, various riding modes, and a tire pressure monitoring system, among other amenities.
Powertrain
The Zontes 310T Adventure Tourer is powered by a Euro-V compliant 312 cc engine with four valves, liquid-cooling, and fuel injection (FI). This engine delivers a maximum power output of 38 hp and a peak torque of 30 Nm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox, which includes a slipper-assist clutch for smoother gear shifts. Additionally, the motorcycle features a Dry Sump system that helps in reducing the oil temperature, ultimately leading to enhanced power delivery.
